[VCB-Studio] Seikon no Qwaser / 圣痕炼金士 / 聖痕のクェイサー 10-bit 1080p HEVC BDRip [S1-S2 OVA Reseed Fin][bt磁力种子](2)

At last I managed to apply a comprehensive pre-processing involving multiple steps and algorithms, inverse-engineering what could have possibly been done when the BDMV was made. It should made the BDRip acceptable as an 1080p encode. For the 2nd season it is much easier, when I only needed to worry about the color banding despite the BDMV features some film grain.
All of the encodes are made in 10-bit HEVC. For the screenshots here, the first 7 pairs are from S1 OVA and the rest ones from S2.
