So we apply waifu2x to make DVD rips and wait until the Blu-ray is released to start on BD rip. The movie is part of the OVA and OAD for second season (ep. 20 - 21), and are included. This project took us a long time, and the technology changes from time to time, so it is normal that some encoder versions and parameters are different across the encodes.
