（1）2月21日，中共中央总书记习近平主持召开中共中央政治局会议，指出疫情防控工作取得阶段性成效，同时，全国疫情发展拐点尚未到来，湖北省和武汉市防控形势依然严峻复杂；强调要针对不同区域情况，完善差异化防控策略，坚决打好湖北保卫战、武汉保卫战，加强力量薄弱地区防控，全力做好北京疫情防控工作；强调要建立与疫情防控相适应的经济社会运行秩序，有序推动复工复产。(1)February 21: Xi Jinping chaired a meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. He pointed out that while significant progress had been made in containing the epidemic, the turning point had not yet arrived at the national level. Wuhan and the entire province of Hubei still faced a grave and complex threat. He instructed that differentiated control measures be adopted to address the problems in different regions, to defend Hubei and its capital city, to step up support to regions with insufficient capacity, and to make an all-out effort to ensure the safety of Beijing, the national capital. He required that the economic and social order be managed in parallel with the anti-epidemic endeavor, and called for an orderly return to normal work and daily life.
