I am more than delighted to tell you something about the summer camp with the theme of Exercise and Health. Before getting involved in it, I hardly ever felt well, either physically or mentally. However, things changed for the better in the camp. All the participants were required to exercise every day, including a variety of sports, such as playing table tennis, badminton and running. Besides, we are required to routinely keep a balanced diet, which enabled me to feel energetic and get refreshed.
Through the activity, not only have I gained an awareness of living a healthy life, but also enhanced the quality of my study as well as life.
