Hello, everyone. This week is sports week in our school. Today, I"m honored to be here to share with you the benefits of sports as well as my personal experiences and feelings about it.
I once hated to work out because it made me sweaty and tired. But now, I believe taking exercise not only helps us build up our strength but also makes us well­behaved and confident. Doing sports with friends can bring us a colorful life as well. I often go running with my father, which I find really fun and cool and sticking to running gives me great satisfaction.
