中国始终将自身发展置身于人类发展的坐标系中，始终致力推动世界人权事业不断发展。我们倡导和平、发展、公平、正义、民主、自由的全人类共同价值，为完善全球人权治理发出中国声音、提出中国主张、作出中国贡献。当前，中国开启了全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程，正意气风发地向着第二个百年奋斗目标迈进。中国人权事业必将在更高水平得到保障，中国也必将为国际人权事业发展作出新的更大贡献。 China has been pursuing its development in the context of human development, and stays committed to continued progress in world human rights development. We uphold peace, development, equity, justice, democracy and freedom, which are all common values of humanity, and make China’s voice heard by putting forward China’s propositions and making China’s contribution to improving global human rights governance. China has embarked on the new journey toward the second centenary goal of fully building a great modern socialist country. China’s human rights will be protected at a higher level, and China will make new, greater contributions to the international human rights development.
世界上没有放之四海而皆准的人权发展道路。在人权问题上，没有高人一等的“山巅之国”，也没有谁有资格自诩为“人权判官”，更没有谁可以挥舞“人权大棒”肆意干涉别国内政。中方愿在平等和相互尊重的基础上同各方开展人权对话与交流，但我们不接受人权“教师爷”。个别西方国家动辄对别国人权状况指手画脚，却对本国疫情中漠视生命、草菅人命的现象视而不见，对历史和现实中存在的系统性种族主义和种族歧视置若罔闻，甚至以保护人权为由对他国霸凌制裁、穷兵黩武，这是典型的“双重标准”，也是对国际人权事业的践踏和破坏。我们敦促个别国家改改老毛病，切实反省自身在人权方面的劣迹，正视和解决自身存在的问题。
