A collaborative leadership style characterized by seeking input from others; willingness to delegate; but able to make hard decisions;
Proven record of demonstrated leadership skill in the management of a complex organization and in setting and executing a strategic vision;
Prior teaching experience and genuine appreciation and respect for teachers;
Understanding of adolescent development and respect for students and their families;
Embracing the joys of being an engaged presence on campus, approachable and available to students, faculty, staff, families, and alumnae/i;
Committed to being a strong promoter of CA’s mission, vision, and values with all internal and external audiences;
