John Palfrey, the 15th Head of Phillips Academy Andover, has accumulated remarkable achievements during his tenure, including bringing the school into the digital technology era, implementing the "Internet Learning" model and combining traditional classroom teaching with digital tools; making the school the only one of its kind to maintain the admission policy of "need-blind" during his tenure, with an admission rate of 86%, setting a historical record of application and admission rate.
