XIII. Upholding and Improving the Policy of One Country, Two Systemsand Promoting National Reunification
全面准确、坚定不移贯彻“一国两制”、“港人治港”、“澳人治澳”、高度自治的方针，坚持依法治港治澳，维护宪法和基本法确定的特别行政区宪制秩序。
We will fully, faithfully, and resolutely implement the policy of OneCountry, Two Systems, under which the people of Hong Kong administerHong Kong and the people of Macao administer Macao, both with a highdegree of autonomy. We will remain committed to law-based governance inHong Kong and Macao and maintain constitutional order in these two specialadministrative regions as stipulated in China’s Constitution and their basiclaws.
解决台湾问题是中国人自己的事，要由中国人来决定。
Resolving the Taiwan question is a matter for the Chinese, a matter that must be resolved by the Chinese.
国家统一、民族复兴的历史车轮滚滚向前，祖国完全统一一定要实现，也一定能够实现！
The wheels of history are rolling on toward China’s reunification and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Complete reunification of our country must be realized, and it can, without doubt, be realized!
