其中一项RH真空多功能精炼技术，系国家“十五”规划的重点技术攻关项目。该项目突破了国产炼钢瓶颈，大大提升炼钢的产量与质量，使得武钢产品跻身世界十大品牌。得益于这一技术，国家相关设备的国产化率提高到65%以上，摆脱了工业建设受制于外国的局面。

After retiring in 1995, Liu Hanqing was re-employed by the enterprise and worked until she was 70 years old. The 34 major projects directed by her have saved tens of millions of yuan for the country.
